By accessing or using SF Recall you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. SF Recall may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. SF Recall may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse SF Recall, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow SF Recall's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
SF Recall retains all rights to SF Recall's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant SF Recall a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
SF Recall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.SF Recall disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Recall's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or SF Recall is limited to the amount you paid SF Recall in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. SF Recall may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
