Every plan includes a number of member seats. Past that, each extra seat is $17.95 — the same price whichever plan you are on, so moving up a tier is arithmetic rather than a sales conversation. Read-only viewers are always free, and the 30-day trial belongs to the organisation, not the seat.

A member seat is for someone whose agent writes — syncs sessions, deposits memories, records verdicts, decides on the board. A viewer only needs to see it, and never costs anything.

• Nothing is capped Add a seventh person to a six-seat plan and they simply join, at $17.95. You move up a tier when the arithmetic says to — Team pays for itself at four people, Studio at thirteen.

• Viewers are free, always Read-only access to boards, memories and diaries for the people who watch but do not write. Ten per workspace by default, adjustable.

• The trial belongs to the org Thirty days, once per organisation rather than per seat, so adding people never restarts the clock.
